SPY (Serving Parents and Youth) is our afterschool intensive care program for elementary age students! The students that attend SPY, are also on our CIS Caseload, where they receive supports during the school day like behavioral intervention, tutoring, and/or basic needs . Our site coordinators are there to get to know the child and their family to help encourage and provide the needed resources to keep the child in school and on the path to graduation. Our site coordinators carry a caseload of 10% of the schools population.

SPY is offered Monday thru Thursday from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, following the CCPS school schedule.

At Lakeview Middle School, our Site Coordinator carries a caseload of around 80 students at LMS. Like all sites, we provides school wide services like basic needs and school supplies. Ms. Karson provides a space to offer lunch groups and youth development and enrichment groups. This allows her the great opportunity to form relationships and learn more about the students that she serves. At LMS, we also have a small food pantry and clothing closet for students to use as needed.

The 8th Grade students at LMS participate in our Abstinence Education Program and in youth development activities that are planned in partnership with our SRAE (Sexual Risk Avoidance Education) Grant. Some of the Life Skills and Youth Development activities our students participate in are cooking classes, garden group, self-care kits, creative writing, trauma care, and much more!

Lakeview - Fort Oglethorpe High School is our largest school site. We carry a caseload of around 100 students at LFO. Like all sites though, she provides school wide services like basic needs and prom day. The Student Success Center is a great place for students to hang out during lunch or have meeting with mentors and other school staff. Students can also find a small food pantry, hygiene product cabinets, clothing closet, and home goods supplies there.

Mrs. Ali gets to know each student, learn about their needs, and works with members of our community to meet that need. We strive to do everything we can to keep a child focused and in class everyday.

The students at LFO also participate in our Abstinence Education Program and in youth development activities that are planned in partnership with our SRAE (Sexual Risk Avoidance Education) Grant. Some of the Life Skills and Youth Development activities our students participate in are cooking classes, sewing classes, teen dating and consent, internet safety, self-care kits, financial literacy, and much more!
